Flowers for the space
Welcome Sign: $140-480
Choose from small clusters attached to a sign or stand to large statement arrangements for a big entrance.
Backdrop: $180-450 per metre
Backdrops are often the main feature at events and can take many forms from vertical towers, to sweeping arches, or ground arbours. Choose from a range of backdrop styles including foliage, mixed florals and foliage, textural, or bold florals to set the perfect scene for a special moment.
Feature Arrangements: $430-630
Select lush floral features arranged in vases to placed at your entrance, bar, gift table, or use them as an alternative to a backdrop when arranged on plinths/stands. Larger feature arrangements may be split across several vessels and arranged in a cluster creating different levels and a sense of depth.
Bud Vases: $20 each
Clusters of bud vases are a great way to get the most out of your floral budget and they're so flexible because they can be arranged anywhere in your venue.
Arrangements: $40-310
Available in a wide range of sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) our arrangements can be used as table centrepieces, and in a range of other situations such as at the bar, on a gift table, down an isle, at an entrance, or in a bathroom.
Clouds: $110-310
These trendsetters are a style of arrangement where the vessels/mechanics are hidden within the arrangement itself. This means you won't see a vase and the flowers are always in the spotlight. Clouds work well on tables where their low profile will allow guests to see over the top of them, and they can also work well on bars, counters, plinths, or other surfaces where some of the flowers can trail downwards creating a relaxed but luxurious effect.
Produce Cluster: $65
If you want to get the most out of your botanical styling, why not go with some arrangements you can eat? Include clusters of fruit and vegetables amongst floral arrangements, or make the produce the main event! These clusters have become on-trend additions to the floral repertoire and present endless design possibilities.
Runners: $115-355 per metre
Unlike backdrops, runners tend to be viewed from one side only. They're ideal for placements such as tabletops and across a fireplace.
Cake Flowers: $45-85
From understated to extravagant, we've got your cake covered... with flowers. And whilst you probably won't want to eat them, we take care to ensure all flowers used on cakes are edible.

The prices listed here feature beautiful in-season flowers and do not include luxury floral choices (such as specific orchids, anthuriums, tropical foliage, and speciality roses). These luxury choices can be added to your arrangements and will incur additional costs.
Vases
Where required, we will provide our choice of vases to compliment your arrangements and these must be returned to us at the conclusion of your event. Alternatively, you can provide your own or we can source vases for you.

All bespoke events incur a service fee in addition to your floral choices. This fee covers our time to meet and communicate with you as well as the time to research and plan for your event, sourcing and ordering flowers, preparing flowers, and creating your arrangements (both in the lead up to the event, and onsite on the day of your event). Our service fee typically ranges between $100 and $1,000 depending on the number and types of florals selected.
Delivery
Delivery is usually essential for Bespoke Events due to requirements to set up installations such as backdrops onsite. For smaller events, it may be possible to collect your own florals. Delivery for bespoke events is charged at $0.82 per km from South Yarra and $50 per hour of travel time.

To make your day even more special and ensure everything goes to plan, we offer a full range of services on the day. These services are optional.
Movement & Maintenance:
$65 per hour, per stylist. For some events, moving the same floral arrangements between different spaces can create the effect of more flowers without added cost. If you would like us to handle this movement and the maintenance of your flowers throughout your event, you can add this service.
Hire & Bump Out
From $300. This includes 10-day hire of any vessels, structures and materials for your event as well as travel to and from the venue for the bump out, removal and disposal of green waste, collection and cleaning of all vessels, time and labour. This is an essential service if your event includes an installation that must be built onsite (such as a backdrop, some feature arrangements, and runners.
Hire & Cleaning
From $150. This includes 10-day hire of any vessels, and cleaning of those vessels once they are returned to us.
Movement & Maintenance:

FLORAL SELECTION
The prices and price ranges listed for bespoke events are based on beautiful seasonal blooms and will be appropriate for a wide range of styles and events. Prices do not include luxury floral choices such as tropical flowers and foliage (including orchids and anthuriums) or imported roses. All of these luxury choices can be included in your designs at an additional cost.
We work with our clients to achieve their floral vision while working within their budget. If you love orchids and don't have much budget remaining, including just a few stems key arrangements can be a great way to add a touch of luxury to your event. Alternatively, if your budget allows, you can have all of your arrangements created using only luxury flowers.
